SERVICES

Four services. Zero transshipments.

We are not a groupage carrier and we do not pretend to be one. One load, one van, door to door — that is the service we are called for and the only one we do outstandingly.

Direct runs

We load at your site and do not stop until we unload at the consignee. The load never enters a warehouse, is never transferred to another vehicle and never waits for a truck to fill up.

Over the 1,900–2,100 km to southern Germany that means one crew, one tachograph and one CMR liability — instead of three forwarders and four handovers.

Emergency deliveries for line stops

A van departs within 90 minutes of confirmation, at any hour. The duty dispatcher may only call a driver in when the remaining driving time under Reg. 561/2006 allows the run to be done lawfully — otherwise another van goes.

For genuinely critical deadlines we run with two drivers. A double crew gives 21 hours of driving in a 30-hour window — the difference between “tomorrow morning” and “the day after”.

Same-day in Bulgaria and the region

Up to 700 km we pick up and deliver the same day. Plovdiv – Sofia, Plovdiv – Bucharest, Plovdiv – Thessaloniki and back.

High-value and sensitive freight

Aerospace parts, prototypes, tooling. The consignment is declared under Art. 24 of the CMR Convention, because the standard Art. 23 limit — 8.33 SDR per kilogram — covers the value of the box, not of what is inside it.

We carry dangerous goods within the 1.1.3.6 exemption of ADR — up to 1,000 points. For instance 333 kg of UN 3481 lithium batteries at 3 points per kilogram travel with no ADR certificate and no placards. Above that threshold we say no in good time, not at the ramp.

How a booking becomes a van on the road

1 — Quote
You write or call with two addresses, weight and dimensions. We answer with a firm price in euro and a loading time — within 30 minutes in working hours, within an hour at night and at weekends.
2 — Dispatch
The dispatcher picks a van by the driver’s remaining driving time and by the dimensions of the load, not by who happens to be nearest. You get a trip number plus the driver’s name and phone.
3 — Loading
The driver counts the packages with your person, photographs the load and the securing, and signs the CMR on the spot. If the count or condition differs, he enters a reservation in box 18 — before departure, not afterwards.
4 — En route
The trip is visible in the customer portal: milestones, border crossings and an ETA that recalculates itself. If a delay exceeds 60 minutes, the dispatcher calls you first.
5 — Unloading
The consignee signs the CMR, the driver photographs it at the ramp and the proof of delivery reaches you from there — usually before the van has left the yard.
6 — Paperwork and invoice
The original CMR, the proof of delivery and the invoice are in the portal the same working day, in one file. The paper original travels back on the next van if you need it.

Sundays and holidays: we run when trucks stand still

The Sunday and public-holiday driving bans for goods vehicles in Germany (§ 30(3) StVO), Austria, France and Italy apply to vehicles above 7.5 tonnes. Our vans are up to 3.5 tonnes and fall outside their scope.

The practical difference: a load taken on Saturday afternoon is in Bavaria on Sunday evening. A truck with the same load may not move before 10 p.m. on Sunday and unloads on Tuesday. For a stopped line that is two shifts of difference.

Below 3.5 tonnes both the German Maut and the Austrian GO-Box also fall away — distance-based tolls for goods vehicles start above that threshold. It is one reason a direct van run does not cost what one expects.

What we do not do

Groupage
We have no terminal and do not consolidate. If a load waits for other shipments, it is not express.
Above 3.5 t
We have no tractors or semi-trailers. For palletised freight over 1,300 kg we will honestly tell you to look for a truck.
Outside the EU
We do not run via Serbia, Switzerland, Türkiye or the United Kingdom. No customs means no surprises at a border.
Temperature-controlled
The vans have no refrigeration units. We do not take pharmaceutical or food loads requiring a temperature regime.
