FLEET
Eleven vans.
Each with a name and a measure.
Here are the exact dimensions and payloads. If your load does not fit, you will see it here in fifteen seconds — instead of hearing it from the driver at the ramp.

Fleet: 11 vans, of which 9 are cleared for international carriage. The table scrolls sideways.
Common to all
- 3,500 kg permissible mass
- Category B. Free of truck restrictions — parking at the shop floor, not at the gate.
- Euro 6
- The entire fleet. Enters the low-emission zones of Munich, Stuttgart and Milan without exception.
- G2V2 tachograph in 9 vans
- Second-generation smart tachograph, version 2 — mandatory for international carriage with vans over 2.5 t since 1 July 2026. Nine vans have it and only those leave the country. The two oldest are awaiting a retrofit and run domestic work only.
- GPS and portal
- Every van is tracked. The customer sees milestones and an ETA — not the driver’s coordinates.
What fits in one van
The largest vans in the fleet (Sprinter Maxi, Transit Jumbo, Master L4) have a load space of 470 × 178 × 194 cm and a payload of up to 1,310 kg. That is the ceiling — do not round it up in your head.
The number that decides whether a load fits is not the overall width but the width between the wheel arches — about 135 cm. A Euro pallet (1200 × 800 mm) therefore stands one per row, long side across: five pallets in a long van, four in a short one. Two pallets side by side do not fit in any 3.5 t van.
The longest single item we load is 465 cm at up to 200 cm high — a profile or a piece of tooling entering diagonally, for example. If your load is heavier than 1,310 kg or wider than 178 cm, tell us at once: we will point you to a truck rather than cost you a day.
Equipment
- Tail lift — 2 vans
- Up to 750 kg on the platform. Needed when the address has neither a ramp nor a forklift — say so when booking, not on arrival.
- ADR kit — 3 vans
- Extinguishers, absorbent and personal protective equipment per ADR 8.1.5. They permit carriage within the 1.1.3.6 exempt quantities — not full ADR carriage.
- Load securing
- Straps, edge protectors, anti-slip mats and chocks in every van. The securing is photographed before departure and the photo stays with the trip file.
- Two drivers on request
- Any van can go out with a double crew. That is how Germany becomes one day away instead of two.
