From the enquiry form: name, company, e-mail, phone, pick-up and delivery addresses, cargo details and your message. The basis is steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent to be contacted (Art. 6(1)(a)).

From the job application form: name, phone, e-mail, experience and licence categories. We keep this for 6 months and then delete it, unless we agree otherwise.

Enquiries that lead to no contract — 12 months. Data on performed carriage and accounting records — 10 years, as accounting and tax law require. GPS and tachograph data — for the periods set by transport law.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to the contact address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian data protection authority.

Data reaches our accounting service provider, our EU hosting provider and — where needed to perform the carriage — the consignee. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area and we sell it to no one.
